In the case of Garment manufacturing company its better to start the enterprise activities with "value system and value chain"

1) An industry will create a hope or believeness in customers by providing valuable product or service.
2) value system is nothing but set of activities that has to be performed to increase the product or service value it will increase the company reputation.
3) while creating a product and while marketing the products this value chain will helpful to increase the productivity.
