For 3NF we just need to avoid transitivity and the table should be in 2nf meaning no non prime fiels will be dependent on subset of the candidate
key.

Conf_id,Conf_year, Conf_sponsor

Table2: Submission

Sub_id,Sub_author, Sub_type, session

Table : ID
