Bobby suggest you use Kanban boards to list all of the tasks for editing the videos and to track where they are int he work flow. You have not yet broken downt he tasks into much detail and need more information from Angela, the contractor in charge of creating the videos.

Alfreda is having difficulties communicating with her main contact in Ethiopia, Dr.B. He is very busy all the time and does not use texting. Alfreda's preferred communications medium. He has also not communicated key information with students who could be candidates for their event, which is only a month away. Alfreda is not sure if he booked a room for the event yet.

Answer ) As ashok is the one helping in editing the videos, and he is not able to work for next 3 weeks.

Since Dr B is the one who use communication channel very less, so it would be a good idea to use Visual/Virtual Kanban system, as in case if no communication is there, then also stakeholders can be notified and they can start their work.

KANBAN Method :

Every stakeholder start his work and update the Kanban board or online sharepoint link, and change the status to Work in progress and then after completion change the status

Ex:

Let Boibby start his work and change the status in Online/virtual Kanban board, them Angela and Dr B will be notified and wil start their work accordingly.

This way they can reduce wastage of time due to communicartion lag, as one of the important stakerholder is also not active to text message, so Knaban board will be best way to communicate.
