Explanation / Answer

Answer:

Components of achievement success

The Nabholz Construction Company's wellbeing program has numerous positive components, for one it goes about as a motivational factor. Inspiration comes from the representatives feeling that the businesses think about their prosperity and in this way strive to support its performance execution.

The wellness program also not only reduces the number of claims thus cutting costs but also reduces the absenteeism and sick leaves. It, therefore, also maximizes output as well.

Barriers to wellness programs

Though wellness programs have many benefits, there are various barriers to their implementation. The first barrier is that the employees adequate time in which to participate as they also have work deadlines to meet. Also, there is the problem of competing priorities as employees prefer to put in some overtime work for which they will be paid rather than participate in the wellness programs. In some organizations, the cost of bringing on speakers and trainers may be substantial thus leading to organizations shunning from initiating such programs. Another serious cause for concern is the general lack of interest to participate in wellness programs by employees in such situations it would be futile to start such a program. Finally, the undefined purpose and objectives for the wellness programs paint them as weight losing problems in the eyes of the workers. For this reason, those who see themselves as not having weight problems do not participate.

Monitoring of private wellness of employees

Corporations should closely monitor the fitness of potential employees during recruitment. Such measures would include requiring the production of health reports at recruitment. In the post recruitment scenario, gyms should be opened and workers required to exercise there after work. Though the costs are high in the short run, the costs saved in terms of avoided lifestyle illness claims, in the long run, are substantial .
