You have learnt about the writing Test Cases. Here youare required to write a Test Case from a given Use CaseScenario.
This use case defines the User Login process by which user shallbe log into the system according to the privileges assigned.

Post-condition(s):
User is logged in to the system and can use the system as theprivileges assigned to that user and is redirected to homepage.
Explanation / Answer
1)Whenlogin form get opened default focus should be set on User Idtext box.
2) Test for Min and Max Limits for User Id and Password TextBox
3) Enter username and password, if the user tick the‘Remember Me’ checkbox then the system store theaccount information on user’s machine
4) After pressing submit button, then we have to test whether thesystem is authenticating and giving required privileges to theuser.
5)Text entered in Password text box should not be visible to user. (It should be in terms of special symbols such as *)
6)Check for the UserId and Password field's casesensitivity.(It should be case sensitive)
7)If Incorrect UserId or Password is entered by User then proper message boxes should be popped up and previous text should becleared in the respective text boxes.
8)Check the functionality after click on Submit button
9)If the database server/ web server is not working we have to checkwhether the system is responding with any popped up message ornot.
