I need help creating a tic-tac-toe program which includes thefollowing:
-Goal: Two human players take turns playing tic-tac-toe in a 3X3array or with 9 instance variables holding the info on thepositions of the X's and O's. The program will then announce whowon the game or if it is a Draw/tie and asks if they would like toplay again. If the players would like to play again a methodreset() will reset the data members to their original startingvalues in order for the game to be played again.
-2 classes (1 to run the program / the other to contain thebulk of the code with all the methods needed to run theprogram)
