Question: Is it possible for how company markets itself and the businesses it creates (to make money) to change the culture within the organization?
Answer: the company is definitely responsible in how it markets itself and the business it creates. Every organization strives to create a money-making strategy where they can earn more. Every organization wants to inculcate a profiteering culture. At the end of the day, everyone is doing business. Even if they mean well or want to do charity work they want to make money out of it. I think it would be pretty smart if people can do good as well as earn money.
Question: Could offering this new type of cruise ship actually attract more people to want to work for Carnival?
Answer: I think this is a pretty smart move and people will want to work for Carnival. People love an idea where they can do charity work as well as enjoy themselves. So this is a good package where you enjoy the cruise till you reach the destination. Then you do your good deed and return to the cruise ship and relax and lounge and wash away the tiredness.
