I need five questions regarding skills gap business questions, for business graduates with bachelor degrees in business. That a college or university would deem useful to them in a skills gap survey. We are completing a skills gap survey for our university and need five well thought out questions that would be useful to the professors of our university in how the students who have graduated are doing. We are sending the survey to businesses and the managers are completing the survey of the students with business degress.
*** Im in the masters program*** so the questions have to be well thought out and beneficial to our university

Following questions should be asked.
1. Do you prefer technical skills or behavioral skill or a combination thereof in an employee at work?
2. Does the emotional labor as a skill, help managers to discharge their responsibilities in the best manner?
3. How do you rate the employability skills owned by the business graduates as per the demand of current industry trends?
4. Does the university curriculum delivered to the business graduate students fulfill the skill needs of the industry and corporate?
5. Does your organization provide training & orientation program to close the skill gap found in the newly appointed managers & employees and or already working managers & employees?
