We shall analyze the article from Forbes that is “The Employee Experience Is the Future of Work: 10 HR Trends For 2017 (Jeanne Meister)”. This article emphasizes on Human resource aspect. It highlighted that using an agile approach to recruit and develop employees gives an organization the value advantage in terms of reduced time. It helps organization like Netflix, IBM etc. in sourcing candidates of their requirement and choices.

From this topic, we can also infer that experienced employees will be demanded for hiring to the top and middle level of positions. We can also focus that why experience is required at the workplace, the reason is that these people will manage the various stakeholder’s need with appropriate level of skills, abilities and knowledge.
