Definition training and development is a way to develope present work performance of employees . So that, it will be useful to improve their performance in future time also.

In this process, employee can improve their performance by Learning unknown things, which are very useful to improve their knowledge and skills and also useful to change their attitude and improve understanding ability and interest to learn new things

In HR,I really like this concept, because as a he Manager in the organization, one has different tasks like acquisition, motivation, training and development,maintainence. Among these tasks training and development is very interesting and important because with help of effective training and development only, organization can improve the work performance of employees and it deals with acquisition of understanding and with using this reasearch I want to improve knowledge on training and development.
