Hello,I am trying to figure out question p7. d) Which it states that, "Suppose users a 3Mbps link. Also suppose each user requires 150 kbps when transmitting, but each user transmits only 10 percent of the time. Find the probability that there are 21 or more users transmitting simultaneously."
I have seen the solution on the homework help session. But, it is not detailed enoiugh on how the answer was obtained. How did they get summation -4 over sqaure root of 120*.1*.9 <= 6 over square root of 120*.1*.9. I have searched high and low to figure this out. If anyone can help it will greatly appreciated.
