The owner has no knowledge of information technology. He is totally depended on one employee who has access to all of the company's database system which he has design. One of the employee spends hours on the computer and no ones knows what he is doing. What are the weaknesses and consequences of the lack of "security policy" for this company.Please list weaknesses and consequences separately!

Giving the privilege to unlimited access to the internet to all the employees. 4. The owner depending completely on one employee. Consequences: 1. The videos in their company can be easily spread on the web, which may result in economy loss to the company. 2. The company proprietary data and information can be stolen. 3. The company ownership documents and any other privacy documents can be modified. 4. The employees may misuse the system and internet for some anti-social purposes or for their personal benefits. 5. The economy and ethical values of the company may be lost by releasing out the videos.
