I have a laptop with 3 USB ports. 1 on the left and 2 on the right. One day they were working fine and the next day they wouldn't work at all. When I plug-in a working thumb drive, I've tried several, or a printer cable it acts like nothing is even there. I'm a computer support tech and I can't figure this problem out. I need to have all 3 ports available to me. I've tried rebooting and updating the drivers, but nothing happened. I don't want to have to resort to taking it apart if I can avoid it. I'm running current and up-to-date anti-virus & malware software. What can I do? Can you figure this one out, and help me?
