The best culture that fits me is the “academy”. Since I believe in generating long term commitment to the company to whom I am devoting my time and experience. The culture that focuses on ongoing development and trading to gain expertise would result in specialisation of works leading to job security. There will be low attrition rates of employee in the company, giving them satisfaction and security for their future’s is not a kind of person seeking for job change in search of new opportunities and neither a risk taker giving importance to short term rewards bad recognition. No one could achieve inner satisfaction through their work and through expertise in their respective fields without long term relationships with the company.retainment of experienced employees is also essential for company’s growth and success.
