Write a professional Code of Ethics for your organization, modeling it on the codes you have reviewed. Include at least 1 element from each example code you looked at. For example, the Public Health Code of Ethics includes a section explaining its development process. Other ethics codes include instructions about what to do if an employee sees a breach of ethics. These are just two examples of elements you might include in your own code.
Include at least 6 ethical guidelines your organization will follow, plus a brief (2-3 sentence) explanation of why you have included each one.

Ethical guidelines (Code of ethics) for the organization:
Ethics is the subject matter in which we decide what will be morally good or bad for the organization as well as its stakeholders. Stakeholders may be the employees, customers, vendors, distributors, and government. I will formulate the following code of ethics for my organization,
1) Behavirol ethics: In this the focus will be on to establish guidelines for top management, middle management and front line management that each member of the organization follows a sound and acceptable behaviour at the workplace.
Manager should treat their employees like a human being not like a artificial machine. This ethics will give us a new edge over the other competitors.
2) Honesty and integrity code of ethics:
Each members of the organization will have to follow an honest approach while executing their duties and responsibility. Integrity means everyone is responsible for customer satisfaction, so it will be an organized effort of each individual working with the organization.
3)Communication ethics :
There will be some guidelines under which organizational communication will took place. The communication with other stakeholders will be included a standard set.
4) Ethics of care and responsibility: Every senior people will care their subordinate in terms of support to their task completion, pay, benefits and moral building. Their wellness will be regulated by the mangers.
5)Ethics for social responsibility :
The organization will help in social upbringing like poverty alleviations, women education, food security, removing the social illness etc.
6)Ethics to preserve the rights of employees :
The key people at the top of the management within the organization will be responsible to provide all the rights an employee should have. It will be beneficial for the organization.
7) Ethics to management of conflict :
There should be a step by step solution for handling the conflict. Judicious view must be followed by the authority. Explanation cause to the people involved must be given. There must be a grievance handling and other mechanism to solve the issues related to employees morale and conflicting interest.
