·         Administrative controls such as maintaining restricted access to some levels is needed.

·         Logical and technical controls are also to be implemented because employees communicate using mails and smart phones. Data must be available and to be protected. Also must be ensured that employees does not access others data or misuse the data.

·         Software controls such as securing the code, modifying the information are to be maintained. Since large number of computers and servers are present, software controls are to be used to safeguard the data loss and misuse.
