Explanation / Answer

Organization culture basically divided in three zones.

Exterior, Intermediate & Core each zone, each one is characteristic by specific indicator.

Behavior which are directly visible to both eternal and internal people are teams as Artifacts, this include logo, architect, process ,corporate clothing.

Intermediate culture are which indirectly regulate the behavior of internal team member It term as espoused value. These are predefined objective and philosophy of organization.

Core culture include self discipline based on certain assumptions which are deeply embedded in organization team member.

Proper communication is needed for obtaining expected changes in culture. And this communication must be free from any kind of error. This error are-

1.Time limiting - highlighting the level of urgency if freedom of time made available it result in delay.

2.Coaliation- Replacement of earlier concept is possible only if proposed new must be with superior one.

3.Vision- Vision develop hidden energy for active participation of human being, for proper visualization it must be clear.

4.Proper coordination- Continues up date with subordinate helps for proper coordination if there is lack of coordination it result in to under communication.

5. Eradication of doubt- when doubt exist then it become difficult to develop clear vision, whatever doubt arose same must get eliminated with proper explanations.

6. Motivation- Developing conscious of win by rectification of very small mistakes leads one step near to goal. This kind of motivation helps keep it up for achieving the target.
