Your team has decided to implement a fitness facility on company grounds to encourage the mental and physical health of the employees. There is a strong correlation between physical activity and stress levels, therefore building an on-site gym will not only encourage physical fitness but mental health as well. By implementing a health and fitness facility employees will hopefully be able to burn off the stress of work and rejuvenate without having to go too far.   

Assume the boss accepted a certain portion of your plan. How would you look to further the cause next year? How could you present this idea or garner support to persuade your boss to take it one step further?

As the Boss has agreed to the Idea, Now it is to represent him this idea into the productivity and efficiency levels of employees. If we evaluate the current status of employee current physical and mental health levels, and present the status quo of the company's mental and physical health to management.

Then we should ask Boss to start off with at least small fitness facility with basic excercise setup and evaluate the above paramenters again for employees using fitness facility and not using fitness facility. Show the difference the gym will add up to the productivity and efficiency of the employees due to their improved mental and physical health.

This way based on facts supported by data you will be able to convince your boss to set up a full fledge fitness facility on company grounds which will contribute indirectly towards the company's enhanced productivity and efficiency.
