Problem Statement: Write a set of java classes that create a ‘StickyNotes’ Program. Some sample sticky notes are shown below:

A sticky note is a window with a title bar with a similar color as the note’s color. It is used to keep track of important information the user needs to remember.
Each sticky note may start with a menu and a title bar as shown below. You may then show menu/hide menu using a pop-up menu.

Required Features: Features required by your program are as follows:

1. Create a new note
2. Save As, Save a note
3. Retrieve [Open] a saved note
4. Change the Background Color of a note
5. Change the font of a note [including font color, style and size]
6. Put your note on top of all applications
7. Include time information in your note: Created, Modified
