Explanation / Answer

Some of the rights that are lost when you become a manager are -

Above are the few things (rights) you are not expected to have when you become a manager.

Once you become a manager, you need to think of others first and about youself last. A good manager inspires other people and motivates others in the contingency. A manager's biggest role is to influence others and bring about positive change in other's lives first before even he thinks of his.

Passing the buck means, shifting the responsibiity. Once you become a manager, you are responsible for your work and your team's work. You cannot pass of the responsibility to other managers or other people.

Bringing personal problems to work is strictly prohibited for a manager. A manager should not allow others to bring personal problems to work. Before he urges others to stop bringing personal problems to work, he should stop bringing his personal problems, emotion etc to work as well.

Manager should be calm and composed. He is not supposed to lose his temper. Temper should be in limits to the managers. Successful managers should stay calm and act wisely. They cannot lose their temper or vent their anger on his team.

A manager is the one who deals with big projects. He cannot expect an immediate reward of the work he does. Because, few things take time and unlike others who expect a reward from the manager, a manager cannot expect an immediate reward from his boss. This will bring negative attitude to workplace.
