You own a consultant firm that offers the following services: Website troubleshooting, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Algorithms, Google Analytics. Business plan and structure, bookkeeping, statistics, and forecasting. Multi-carrier shipping systems as well as Customer Relations Management (CRM) components. and Profit-margin analysis.

I am choosing statistics and forecasting. The three most likely objections are :-

1) Accuracy of the data collected.

2) Use of the right statistics and the right model.

3) Security of the data

Regarding the accuracy of the data I would say we use the most authntic source of data preferably a government source like the CIA factbook or the federal reserve data sources. We would keep asking for feedback from the customer during the entire data collection process. If some errors are found we would restart the process. We could even ask the client to give the data to us.

Regarding the use of right statistics or models I would say we have hired good statisticians for this job and we have a body of work that supports our claims to have done good work. We could share the earlier outputs with the client.

Regarding the security of data, we would sign a non disclosure agreement with the client and we would have a penalty clause in the contract so that we pay a penalty if the data security is not maintained by us.
