Explanation / Answer

1. Job insecurity an issue or rather an alarming issue that is being experienced by majority of the employees working in corporate firms is not always valid the fear that is aroused is due to various social and economic factors. Fear is always a menace and the worry increases because the person is more concerned about the financial aspects of life is terminated, which is very much obvious and there is also a social aspect which the employee starts to think because it will tough to experience the rolling eyes of the society. Therefore it can be inferred that job insecurity creates a socio-economic stress and fighting against it becomes tough.

There are various kinds of stress caused by Job Insecurity and some are quite acute to the person experiencing Job Insecurity. If we look into the matter closely, we will come up with various stress like the acute stress that I was talking about generally this phenomenon is visible in almost everyone and it varies based on the situation the person is in but the good thing is that it does not last long but may affect the normal thinking of the brain. For Example a person who is having a hard day at work, returns home and still is that person is unable to feel the security his job provides, then the person will have a small phase of fear and this will affect his routine. Again various scholars have pointed out that the fear is even worse than the actual outcome because if a person is aware of losing the job, the person will be ready for it and will be in a correct position but if the person is unaware it will tough for the person to deal with the situation which may or may not come and this affects the mental and physical health of the person on a large basis and also results in change of behavioral traits because it is very much obvious. Burn out and exhaustion is another strain that the person will go through because mental peace and happiness is quite important in carrying out the basic activities of life which gets hampered because of the insecurity or fear. Productivity and creativity are the basic qualities that an employer expects from an employee and if the employee is experiencing Job Insecurity these qualities are bound to get affected which will affect the performance and the fear may become actual.

2. Employees who are coping with these insecurity for quite a long time and are quite successful always have this in mind that that the term job security is an Oxymoron. The statement is very strong because they dont expect that the company will always love them and hence this insecurity does not creep in and even if it does the person should be positive enough to cope wiyh it. Positive attitude towards oneself is the only way out and the person has to be confident enough to come out of the situation, if instead of taking it as a rejection, people consider it as something challenging and new stress levels will be reduced. Nowadays, Jobs have changed a lot and the expectations of the employers have also increased which demands both technical and non technical skills in an employee. therefore if a person keeps himself updated with the recent demands the employer will always value the employee and even if the organization does not there will be other organizations who will be ready to accept the person. Having control over the incidents happening in a person's life should be controlled by the person himself because if this does not happen then things will go out of hand and fall apart.

The organizations doing business should also think about this aspect of the employees because it is not possible for a business organization to be successful if its employees are experiencing a constant fear of losing their job. Therefore, there are some conventional methods which almost each every organization possess, a counsellor or a team which looks after employee well being but this approach does not yield fruitful results because the organizations and the employees dont consider this important. Firstly, the companies should adopt a more flexible way of employing people which will reduce termination of employees. The companies, instead of hiring mass should rely on hiring as per requirement and as the employees are loyal, the companies should also look after their employees. Managers and team leaders should work for team engagement activities which will help in breaking the ice and people will speak out about the challenges and grievances they experience and also their expectations from the company. The managers and team leaders should be transparent and honest because if the employees lose their trust once, it will be difficult to bring them back to the initial position.

It can be concluded that employees and employers should have a blissful relationship because a happy employee is always a productive and creative employee.
