Leader is the person who brings out the best from and right from the others regardless of who is the leader. A leader is typically seen as intelligent, determined and visionary that helps to lead a group or a cult. These qualities are essentially but that doesn’t define the real leader at all. Leaders also have to me emotionally intelligent and self aware and disciplined. People are different around us and it’s the leader that brings best out of that different people at same time and created such atmosphere where all his followers strive to be successful and set a unique example of them. A leader can be anyone at any given situation but what important is that how that leader bring out best from those people and how he handle the situation.

A leader creates as vision and work on that vision with help of his followers, that visions will change the perspective and thinking of world. A leader influences everyone to get inspired from that vision at same time. A vision which is realistic and achievable in real world, leader is capable of changing the future with its vision and manage people to work on them effectively.
