b). Company must understand the consequences of using toxic substance in its manufacturing process. They must perform under the given guidelines of the government.
c). I would like to illustrate this with an example, in India government banned use of plastic bags. But some people still under the manufacturing of these plastic bags and doing ther business in illegal manner. So it shows how irresponsible are those people who only think about their profits.
d). The place where I live is having renowned steel factory. That company is so responsible that they have manufactured their own a children’s park to play and planted thousands of trees around their factory and they very responsible make maintenance of these plants.
e). Instead of using electricity the company’s can make use of the solar power to do their work.

b). According to my point of view they must not be compelled to do work in given way. In fact they must be motivated to bring new ideas to complete that work in their own style.

I would like to share my personal experience, once some of the bad elements in my office broke the coffee machine. I complained this to my seniors and told them not to fix that machine for some time. Although all people suffered because of that but I still keep my decision to not to fix it until those people themselves realize how much important was the machine for them as they were also not having their coffee from many days. Then I conduct the meeting and announced that machine will be replaced only on one commitment that next time if this will again happen then no replacement will be done. From that day they were warned and they understand about whom I am talking about.
