Answer:-
1)I deal with issues of diversity in my organization through working and engaging diverse employees in the workplace. I prefer communicating with employees from cross-cultural backgrounds to improve the productivity in the workplace.
2)I think that diversity has more advantages than disadvantages because it encourages people from the cultural backgrounds to bring about diverse skills and experiences to improve the performance the organization.
3)Working in diverse work environment means working with people from diverse ethnic grounds, gender, age, and religious affiliations to improve performance of the organization. The support of the diverse people is critical in promoting the performance of the organization.
4)Once I was working as an intern and I experienced a women being discriminated and given an opportunity to work as a senior supervisor. Working as a senior supervisor was limited to her due to her gender. Such an experience was too negative and bad because it was not aligned with the employment laws.
5)If I were part of the minority facing discrimination, I would file an official complaint about the discrimination issue and work with the diverse people in the workplace. Developing collaborative actions is effective to shape the performance of the employees.
6)If I could, I would create positive view and perception about diversity in the workplace. Encouraging people to work with diverse programs and cultural aspects is effective. I would also push for the development of comprehensive diversity programs in the organization.
7)My organization has a positive view of diversity and has created supportive programs to encourage diversity within the organization. For example, it has been able to employ people from diverse background and cultures.
