Human Capital Management is defined as the process of acquiring, training, managing, retaining employees for them to contribute effectively in the processes of the organization. The success or failure of any organization is completely and cent percent depends on its man power only. Even google knows it very well. For this only they are managing good man power with them. The quality of manpower, the talent and rich in knowledge is the key for success of google. The human capital management is good in google. Google is one of the best MNC which is operating in many nations and the services of google are utilizing of most of the internet users. The kind of services is resulted because of its talented, innovative and realistic people only. Now it is operating in many nations, with more customized products, by covering all segments of markets with its products, it is doing well.
Google’s mission is to “To organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful. “Broadly Google’s goals are constantly keep improving its search results based on the various factors. It aims to provide better and better search results. Google aims to maximize the user experience by improving technically and making it easier for users to use their products. Human capital management in google is best one which is following a clear process. It prefers talent in the people rather than their age, sex, color, religion or gender. They give most priority to its employees and provide all kinds of facilities. Since Google is a tech savvy company and works on the latest technology it is important for HR to keep the HR strategy up to date with the technology and business strategy. Within in Google there are a few practices they use make sure the company runs effectively.
