ANs 1)The organization that we would be considering here is Alibaba (the largest B to B E commerce firm). Alibaba can easily get online publicity by starting a page on Facebook wherein it can add its previous customers and then all the connections of those friends would be able to get an idea of what Alibaba is and we need to consider a fact here that all the connections of previous customers would be probable customers of Alibaba and hence publicizing this way can get great results for Alibaba.

ANS 2) For an organization like Alibaba whose main customers are small and medium enterprises it is very essential for it to gain publicity in local newspapers as well because a majority of the audience read those local newspapers. Many people might get to know about the services of the organization and hence the customer acquisition cost would also be less. Yes I strongly believe that newspaper is facing a declining phase but for an organization like Alibaba at the present situation it is very important to keep publishing its services in the local newspapers. Looking at the extent of digitalization, newspapers would die in the long run. Hence, the same is witnessed in many parts of the world.
