Electrical Engineering & computer engineering:

I am trying to build something for my home, the idea is to using you phone and use bluetooth or some type of communication system to operate the light inside each room. lets say, I have two light, one in bedroom, second one is in the bathroom. now, In my phone I have an app that has options to turn both light to ON/OFF saparately. Also the app allows me to dim or bright the light. Then lets say the light i have in my bed room, I can also move that light to focus in desired location. Example, lets assume i am sleeping on my bed, but light in focusing on my face, so in this case i can use that same app and use my phone to move the light from focusing on my face.

Please, guys help me with this idea. Let me now, how can I do this experiemnt. (write a code, tell me wat devices i need, and how to make connections with phone to the lights
