I need someone to help me out with this question. I have the answer of the question from the manual BUT I need step by step explination of the answer in terms of Numbers as stated in the question (0 through 7, where represents black and 7 represent white). Please specity what colors number 1,2,3,4,5,6 represet? and why?

(b) Sketch the saturation image through 7, makes Sc therwise, the relationships same as hips to the image you are discussing.give the reason (c) Sketeb the intensity image 11 Red Blue Magenta Yellow While Black The answer from the solution manual: The hue, saturation, and intensity images are shown in Fig. P6.15, from left to right.

Explanation / Answer

In case of hue the colors are tried to be compared with the basic colors starting from R>G>B in the given order. Since makority of the color in the diagram is black Red was changed to black in the diagram and all the others colors were changed according to hue from 0 to 360 degree.

In case of saturation colors are mader more brighter so all the colors in the tile are made white and the background is made black so that tehy can be distinct.

In case of intensity All the tiles are given intensity based on the white tile. So white tile will remain as it and others are adjusted to the corresponding itensity.
