The leadership skills are highly essential and one of the most important skills that are necessary to maintain the perfect work balance environment in the organization. In many organizations, it is seen that employees remain unaware of the work process and the way to perform better in the organization are all maintain by a leader in the organization. Without proper leadership qualities, the workforce in the organization cannot be maintained. So as per the chapter suggest leadership styles should be more attractive and convincing. A leader should know the correct approach to speak to the employees for fulfilling the work, the work is needed to be assigned within the employee as per their skill and standard so that they can accommodate with the work. The working culture and the growth of the organization are solely depending on the leadership ability. The leader is to make a responsible decision for the productivity of the organizations to fulfill the company objectives and achieve maximum goals from it.
The leadership qualities are well necessary to be furnished by the organization's leader like for any for any organization the focus should be goal oriented, a leader should know the fact that is necessary to be undertaken before the initiation to the employees. The factors of a better leadership do not resemble from the organizations it comes from the direct experience and skill that a leader has grabbed into it. A leader has the capability to change process in the organization to motivate the employees and to fix the areas which need an improvement. A leader understands the needs of an employee and further reconstructs the working process as per the needs of the organization. A leader has the two qualities of a formal leader who is tough and professional. Second is an informal leader who is the fun type and creates fun at work within the employee which is more necessary to mix up and the growth achieves in the organization.
