These days compaies are very strict against discrimination either racial or color or sex or discrimination of any kind that hurt one's feelings and emotions.
If I am a manager of a company, I would make it compulsry for people to follow the rules regarding discrimination and any breach of such rule will attract penalty and punishment that will include upto suspension. Strict rules is the only prevention method in such cases as maintaining a good culture is very important and culture comes from people and thats what makes a compny best for people to work in so that you get best of the talent from the talent pool and people want to work for you.
