In reality, this may not be the case. When I teach students to build a work breakdown structure, I don't emphasize order just yet, because my main goal is to make sure we have all the bases covered in identifying tasks. Order and sequencing come along when we start to build the network diagram.
We are seeing that the tools we discussed here are great resources in understanding the details of the project. How could these tools assist you in your communications with your customer – especially those conversations involving managing the scope of the project?

The various tools for understanding the details of the project are as follows:
1.) Project Tracker Tool: In every project we required some tool that capture all the project details included planned work, unplanned work, our mission and vision and current status of project. Its gives clear vision to the customer regarding project progress. This tool also give quick progress access to all the team members. These tools are "MHWEB", "JIRA", "PIVOTAL TRACKER"
2.) Chat Tool for Communication: We also required a chat tool, that help customer to get on time project information and query resolution regarding project.
3.) Documents link or Repo: Each project needs to maintain a document repositry, where we get all the projects related documents, its help team members as well as the customer to get project information
4.) Bug Tracker: Bug tracking should be done on the tool, through which customer get the clear picture of bugs reported in the project.
