Writing good instructions takes time, patience, discipline, and organization, and it’s something you must learn before you dive into the details of programming. Below is a set of instructions provided with a wall shelf. Critically read the instructions and decide if they are very well written or not. What is wrong with these instructions in your opinion, if anything? How could you make them better?
Tools you will need: pencil. level .phillips screwdriver 3/8" drill bit . drill Installation Instructions: 1. Determine the location of the shelf on your wall. To insure proper instal lation, it is important to choose the correct fastener for your wall type (wood, masonry, drywall).lf possi ble, try to locate wall studs 2. While holding shelf support against the wall, place a level on top of the shelf support. Level the support and mark holes on the wall with a pencil 3. No ,the instructions are not well phrased. They used complex words, so hard to understand and follow.
In my opinion they used complex words and lengthy sentences , which user doesn't show interest in
reading and following instructions.'
Here is my installation instructions....
1) Identify shelf location where you want to fix wall. Better to choose wood, masonry or drywall surface.
2) Mark holes with pencil and make holes.
3) Then place level into that holes using screw driver.
4) Now place shelf on the brackets.
