Its value and creation date are also specified in the database. The museum sometimes lends out or borrows art objects for special/seasonal exhibitions. If the art object is lent out to another institution, information of the borrower is kept. Similarly, if the art object a borrowed from another institution or estate, then information of the lender is kept n the database The borrowing date and returning date are recorded. The artist who created the art object(s) a also represented in the database. An artist has an identification number, and hither name, year of birth, country of origin (For an antique object, the name of the artist wd be the name of country of origin). The database keeps information about the curators who look after the art objects Information on curator includes identification number, name, office location and his/her pager number. Each curator is responsible for many art objects. One of the curators is assorted as the supervisor of a specific collection. An the art objects (owned as well as borrowed) in the museum are mixed. The database contains information about the insurance companies including the company name, address, and phone number it is noted that a company may provide insurances tor many art objects of the museum. Due to its high value, an art object could be insured by many insurance companies. Information on insurance contract such as insured value, premium paid, and expiration dale are kept to the database. Draw an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERO) - with at related attributes- to represent the conceptual model for the art collection database at Universal Museum.
