Situation:
The scenario was to execute the production of special malted food for the remote locations and I had a team of supervisors and operators to execute the project.
Action:
I prepared the action plan, discussed the roles of everyone and led the production work in my own leadership. I guided the team at each moment of ambiguity and helped the team to execute the work properly.
Result:
The team achieved the common goal of completing the project successfully without creating any hiccup. It helped the company to deliver the order on time.
2. Conflict resolution
Situation:
It was another situation in production process where I wanted to discuss the certain change. But, my one subordinate had a different point of view.
Action:
I wanted to plan and discuss the change before the production started. But, the employee was adamant to discuss the change when it was required during the running of operation. I explained the benefits and cost of both the approach and make him understand my position.
Result:
