Explanation / Answer
Concept of organization strategy - When Organization want to enter any venture it has to go according to available resources. This venture is goal, to attend goal in stipulated period of time. For this purpose organization has to plan a schedule & requirement of different resources. But there is always variance between plan & actual happenings scheduled. To alter plan it require strategic approach. As basic characteristic of plan is flexibility but due to factors which are unfavorable for goal needs some special treatment this treatment may be short term or long term but not disclosed until specific or adverse happenings. Such secret of action is known as strategic action.
In English language there is term Keep Distance to avoid accident or overlapping. But robust frame work it require no distance & max overlapping. Thus this contradictory phase develop certain defensive policy which are essentially secret.
Organizational learning is strategics process-There is some difference in outcome or result than what ever earlier plan. This happen because no one know the exact feature. Hence though critically plan every thing, but this plan require certain amendment according to demand of time, Thus after monitoring & evaluation observed parameter gives basic learnings about how to regulate & control next schedule or program.
Globalization challenges & opportunity - Globalization result in to making freedom available to number of competitor to do business in territory which was earlier protected to enter foreign busses institution in particular area.
Major challenges involve there may be contribution of marker share( customers). Costumers which were available earlier in number now will result less to each organization, due to globalization.
Where as this globalization result in open big market to local manufacture to export there product due to liberal policy. Also raw & cheapest input for business can be made available.
From Customer point of view globalization result in fare tread and availability of commodity/product in comitative price. Which ultimate helps to develop social economic growth of nations.
Case question 1 Ans- Strategic approach is proper deploying adverse conditions to drift organization from adverse conditions to normal one. Such knowledge may or may not be available bur If there is exist problem there is exist solution also. Thus developing internal staff which should be capable to handle adverse condition is possible by appropriate training & getting updating there knowledge after frequent interval.
Case question 2 Ans- Knowledge accusation is alteration of moral belief , man as machine from mechanical point of view but management treat man as human. Hence responsibility of organization and responsibility of self get limited according to liability. It seems morally wrong but its demand of situation when business has face adverse conditions & question of survival then survival become important than morality.
