Explanation / Answer

My Experiences with coding has been great. I have enjoyed good amount of coding experience in my previous organizations and have always had the interest to do coding. The key to coding is the underlying logic that remains the same irrespective of the language that we code in. The Syntax can be learnt at any time but the logic and the underlying base comes with experience and analytical thinking.

When working with teams in an analytical role, we need to keep in mind that all the programmers thoroughly understand the logic that requires to be coded for the project and understand the complete requirements of the project. It is always good to have a kick off call to clear all the queries about the project so that each and every person in the team is aligned on the project scope and requirements.

When working with people who may code in languages that I do not know well, it is important to align and understand the logic that is behind the syntax. If correct logic has been applied in that code, then there is no issue or concern that we may have even if the code is in a language that you are not comfortable.

When being managed by someone who is not with my coding experience, it is important that we clearly outline things in a layman's language or a way that is understandable to the person so that he clearly conveys the same in his meetings with his managers or the senior management and there is no conflict of opinion that arises at any level.
