Answer) Yes, with the integration of various tools like social media, FAQ's, Wikis etc business growth may increase. With the integration of such tools, it makes it easy for the emoployees, partners, stakeholders to communicate, to have knowledge of all activities etc. about the company.

Over Social Media, the various events, activities and culture in the company can be shared which may create a sigh of positiveness amongst all the employees as well as will provide information to their stakeholders as well. Businesses can upload various new changes that they are making in their businesses so that everyone can know about it at once. Businesses can also upload their various new concepts and their positive outcomes over the social media to attract the various stakeholders.

Wikis can be helpful as well because they provide content at one place. You can have information about a lot of things over there only. The only drawback of the same is that it can be edited or modified by anyone. Therefore, one can not directly ytust over it.

FAQ's helps employees a lot in learning and getting their questions answered. They need not to go to the management or the seniors again and again to get their queries resolved. They can simply go in that section and will be able to see the answers for their queries.

These tools are used in the same way in the company I work at. If I owe a business, I would have used that social media integration to promote my work and globally so that I can gain the maximum trust of the users and the mazimum funding from the investors.
