Disney Corporation has developed its sustainable competitive advantage in global media and entertainment industry. It has no such competitors which might pose a considerable level of challenge against this global giant company in terms of media marketing and entertainment as a product. Its corporate culture is made up of different cultural values and beliefs. Its subsidiaries company works as per the local attitude, life style and fashion preferences. To some extent, it is connecting global citizens through its awesome entertainment channels, theme parks, media marketing etc. It has an international presence across the continents. In my view, some key feature of Disney Corporation is.

1) Related diversification as a growth strategy:

Disney has maintained its core competence in media and entertainment industry. It has only expanded its business in related industry. For example: Kids channel, UTV action, etc were marketed by Disney entertainment company. It has expanded its business in Film making, distribution, games, travel industry etc.

2) Visionary leadership: Initially, it was achieved many milestone in US market as well as in other market under the great leader Mr. Walt Disney. Who invaded a hard working, creative and specialized attitude in his employees. From animation to digital world, its leaders were all-time great. They had clearly set its vision and mission.

3) Ethical Value system:

Its growth to such an extent itself shows that how it has maintained a great values and ethos at its workplace. Its policies are transparent, customer centric approach; employees are treated as a valuable asset, CSR , ethical relationship maintained to each stakeholders and it also cares the environmental concern as well.
