Working on improving the pen department as students working as senior design industrial engineering team. We are consultants to Industry of the blind. Problem we found and needs to be solved: -Adding ergonomic suggestions on (chair raised higher) -deliverable suggestions like (Kanban hoppers, cut out table with the hoppers installed, lip guards on table to catch pen parts) to make production easier and more efficient. Help me come up with suggestions and deliverables to help the pen department production easier and more efficient for workers and customers.

Any business that reaches a position needs a great dedication and focus to make it better, unique strategies are required to implement in the process to reach a height. Pen department is concentrating on the industrial production as a consultant to the industry it needs to focus more on the internal and external activities of the organization. The organization internal activities are the supply chains, managerial activities, and leadership roles. The supply chains are require to make a constant flow in the manufacturing process to give the delivery of the products to the customer on time so that the strong bonding and a positive relationship can be settled up but it is to be maintained a good quality of products so that no issue can lead to a loss of the productivity. The managerial and leadership qualities are also very important to be strongly maintained with positivity so that no unethical practices can affect the workforce and the working process.   

Some of the external activities which need a concentration are like continuous services which need to be given to the customers who are using the Pen department products, simultaneously improvement in qualities and constantly making new changes as per the demand by the customer’s are required to be implemented in the organization. It will be added advantage for the company to keep always updated with the trend and it will help to boost the growth of the business. The way of earning the profit will be more if the organizational activities are well maintained. The last important step is the marketing of the company products are required to be done by the use of proper channels which needs to be undertaken by considering all the corners and a deep planning by considering the factors of certainties and uncertainties, otherwise, the outcome of the decision-making process will not be fruitful. The customers are required to convince and make them aware of the different products, the interaction and customer behavior are required to be highly concentrated to bring the business achieved with targeted goals and long-term customer relationships can be maintained.
