A presentation is always a graphical package which contains both audio and visual effects.
It has every tool to be used to make a professional-looking presentation.When a presentation can provide work processing, outlining, drawing, graphing, and presentation management tools which helps the users to combine the text, graphics and media and understand certain aspects easily. IT would keep the audience engaged and excited as well as provides the information which is needed.
To go about it, it should have an introduction, content specifications, the actual content and finally the ending slide.
The approach would be different when using the power point as a manual presentation wouldn't have any graph or pictures or graphical effects where as the presentation can have all of the above. And also the contents would be crisp and clear which would keep the audience interest hooked.
The tools that can be used are Adobe Captivate Prime, Zoho Show Time, Easy Generator, Touch Stone Business System, Lessonly, Articulate StoryLine, EduBrite, Learning Stone etc.
The presentation has to be more of a formal presentation which can be used as an e-learning platform. Where the presentation would be simple and clear and crisp for the user to understand and grasp things easily.
