There are important plans and workforce management techniques to focus on improving the leadership skills of the employees. There are influential policies and processes with clear vision for helping the employees in career development.
The strategic focus is on innovation and the approach follows people analytics. It is important to focus on HCM practices for Google in research and development. The HR function's approach should continue to focus majorly on data driven function. The decisions of Google are depended on data and analytics. There is needs to be focus on people decisions for performing engineered decisions.
