A PROPOSAL FOR THE FUNDING OF THE BUSINESS CLUB
Project Description
The Business Club is one of the clubs in the University and is charged with the responsibility of carrying out research work on various topical issues that affect the business world. In order to do so, the topics are selected from among the members of the club and the university fraternity. Members are then assigned various roles to play in order for the research process to be successful.
For a period of four (4) months as from September 1st, 2017, the club will conduct various researchers on effective and efficient management practices. This will be done by visiting firms that exhibit such practices, and also by using other appropriate methods. The club will identify firms to visit for collection of data by way of interviews and observations. Also, there is need to visit a few firms that are considered to be doing poorly in matters of operations. This is to ensure that the club gets a view from the two perspectives.

Project Deliverables
The project shall have succeeded when those businesses that do not operate optimally are finally reached and given the information about how to carry out their activities. Also, the newly recruited members shall have learned best methods of carrying out research. Additionally, customers will be satisfied with the level of products and services offered by the firms so reached.
