a)Line 3 represents gateway IP address of our network .You can see our local ip and 3rd point IP are starting with 138.26.**.**
We will send 3packets from our local IP.The three columns of timestamps show time taken by these 3 packets to reach the corresponding intermediate router.
b)If the intermediate router doesn't generate a TTL(Time To live) exceeded response,then it wont know the time stamp for 3 packets.So it will represent by *** on command prompt
c)Line 12 represents the end host server of fb.com where you are getting Packets of Facebook website

All the 3 Time stamps represent time taken by 3 packets sent from our local IP to reach Facebook website Host server IP.
