Using the ADDIE model, develop a training program for the Chef which you will present to your business partners in order to ensure the Chefs are performing at their best and that customers are satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. To answer the question, ensure to address the following:

Analysis: needs analysis including task analysis since it is a new position

Design: include training objectives, delivery methods, program evaluation

Develop: Identify the content, instructional methods (you do not need to actually create the material; just identify the development plan

Design: Identify and discuss the training program you will implement (OJT, Apprentice, Informal, Off the job training, Corporate Universities etc.) Choose a minimum of 2 methods and explain why you chose them.

Implement: discuss how it will be implemented and using what methods (i.e. online portals/classroom etc.)

Evaluate: how will you evaluate your training program?

First of all thanks for posting the question.

Initially it depends on which model your company is using to build the project.

if its Agile then you have to make the changes as per client's requirements.

Second, if all the requirements are already closed then you can ask for time to your Project Manager because changes have been made. Right now you can contact your PM and Client for the Same they will help you.

Don't get stressed because things will not work properly if you do so.

If you can work extra hours (which should be billable), just do that.

Make the record of all changes that client is making and show it to PM so that he/she will get to know about it and will give you more time to develop.

Keep in Mind following things for your future:-

Start with the intention to develop a healthy relationship with your client

Educate your client about the real purpose of a revision.

Don't jump into doing a revision right after the client has provided their initial comments.

Clearly, define when change requests will be considered extra work and how this will be billed

Don't forget to show your goodwill and flexibility.
