Create a vision As a senior Business major student that is POSSIBLE and attractive within the next 6 months to 3 years. What qualities would you like your life to have? You won’t need to goal set or strategize yet, just envision. Your vision should be positively stated. Keep it concise and inspirational. Make it more about who you want to be, not what you want to “do” It should be something exciting to move towards.

2.It is important that we understand the purpose behind our vision. Keeping this in mind can help us stay on track to achieving our vision. What is the “why” for your vision? What is the purpose behind wanting to realize your vision? Why do you want to realize the wellness vision you created?

3.Consider what has to change in your life to realize your Wellness Vision? What will you have to “not do” to achieve your vision?

Explanation / Answer

Vision defines what success and excellence look like to us. It expresses our vision for where we want to be in the future and it reflects our values, goals, and purpose and how we want to operate.

My vision is to be an honest, empathetic and impactful project leader and to be recognized internationally within my industry. I am committed to growing as a leader and delivering value-added projects to the end users. My mission is to create and lead a dream team where everyone is playing to their strengths.

The "Why" partis because the world is now witnessing quantitative aspects of economy in its development. So the need of effective project managers is important in delivering best results in order to sustain. As a leader i will do swot analysis in myself to explore the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in order to be an effective and successful project leader after 6 years.

I willn't be comparing myself with others as i need to focus on the point that " i am the best". it will create a sense of committment to the vision which i have set through standards as objective. I will make myself to be dynamic in approach in order to get acquinted with latest techniques and trendsof business environment.
