1.Being socially responsible:

When a corporate is socially responsible, it is meant that it focused on the aspects such as maintaining eco-friendly surroundings, recycling the waste, concern for environment etc

2.Philanthropy:

When a company makes a fair amount of profit out of it's deal, it can proceed with the good deed of offering philanthropy through various projects like providing scholarships, awards and rewards for local neighbouring educational Institutions.

3.Non profit activities:

Providing not for profit activities where the employees/Representatives of company come forward to promote literacy, awareness campaigns, Trainings for self employment, blood donation programs, etc., are beneficial for the Near by locality neitizen.

Business and customer needs to support the global IT solutions.

When a company becomes a global Enterprise, it's market value changes from the current practices to most complex ones.

1.Different Time Zones:
Different countries have different time zones. Though some countries which have similar working time zone can be compatible with the working hours. But, a situation arises where there still day in one country and night in another country.

2.Varied currencies and pay for employees.
Example U.S has dollar as currency, Russia has rouble etc., Hence maintain the correct happened and policy for pay off to employees is necessary to avoid conflict.

3.Mixed Workforce/clients.
When a Company becomes a global Enterprise, it's clients are no more restricted to local entities. They may start receiving the contacted and projects from other parts of the world.
Also, the workforce is of mixed type since people from different countries are open on for a project.
