Answer: (1) Yes we need to be more caring and compassionate at the workplace because it helps us to understand the perspectives of the others. This also helps us to develop relationships with others which results in getting support from the others. Therefore it is important to be caring and compassionate to others at the workplace.
(2) Honesty is a virtue which is essential at the workplace. The lack of integrity results in unethical behaviours by us which can result in turning others against us. Integrity also creates a good image in the minds of others and they start trusting us. This is helpful in making us successful at the workplace. Hence we should be honest with others at work
(3) Yes from the spiritual perspective it is important to first now oneself. Knowing oneself helps us to understand our own strengths and weakness which can help us to develop ourselves spiritually. Only a person who is enlightened about oneself is able to lead others and understand them. Therefore it is important from the spiritual perspective to first now oneself
(4) Yes the leaders should allow their followers to see their more human and soft part. This will help them to win their affection and love. When the followers know about the human values of their leader they start respecting them and they work diligently for them. This makes them more dedicated and hard working which results in higher productivity.
