Part a: DBMS stands for data base management system .

database systems are widely used my many people now a days like companies to keep data and record of employees ,customers, it is also used in banks to keep whole data of bank employees ,bank customers, along with that it is also used in hospitals to keep record of patients,hospital staff etc.along with that in schools ,colleges and at many other sectors of society database management systems are used .

As databse management system are very easy to use .by databse managemet systems data can be easily managed operations like updating database whenever new entry is done ,deletion of database if its not useful anymore or whenever you ant to add new data in database insert query can be applied .mostly major benift is ,it is easy to use, easy to understand and it is secure ,data consistency ,data accuracy is maintained morover problem of data replication(duplicate data) is solved by database management system which results is saving lots of memory/storage .

all above are advantages of dbms because of which it is in demand along with advantages there are some disadvantages of dbms also like high cost,cost of hiring persons who handel database systems ,cost of training which staff gets.

mostly used database system software are as follows :

1.MySQL:it is used in mostly those cases or in those projects where lots of databaseis needed at back end and it support replication of data

2.postgreSQl:this database supports joins,triggers,stored procedures hence it is highly scalable and has good back up feature .in this object relational database is used

3. oracle: it has got vast uses and varity for using commercial purpose.it has so many automatic features like storage,undo , good memeory management.

4. SQLIte :it is lightweighted database system which do not need external supporters.it is self contained serverless.

Data integrity means data is accurate and consistent means there is no false data present and it is free from redundancy & data corruption.

on the other hand data security means protection of data from all outside sources which aims to steal useful information by un ethical ways .
