In context of the mentioned question, the research subject matter being considered is based on education. As in the present times in view of the globalisation trends it is imperative to have skilled people for which the prerequisite is good quality, affordable education for all. To lessen the socio-economic disparities, it is essential that all sections of society / communities are entitled to avail benefits of education which empowers the masses.

The criteria followed to accomplish this was in the following sequence; For problem formulation, the relevant data was collected and analysed. This exercise was carried out with reference to the target group such as the urban, semi urban, rural areas inhabitants. As a result of this assessment, the disparity existing / missing portions could be identified in the respective areas and thus focussed approach and concrete action steps are taken post identification of the particular section of people.

The purpose was to help plugging in the loopholes / problems towards provision of educational services and to facilitate undertaking of corrective measures and action steps to address the issues and ensure viable resolution. Besides the objective was to ensure that education is made available to everyone in the society irrespective of the status/ section.

The methods to be used had to be broad based and involved modes of observation, description. Hence this comprised of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Both of the methods have its own advantages and a balanced approach could only yield a correct overview. The quantitative aspects added value to provide a realistic assessment and insight into the necessary numbers and the fact and figures to arrive at a logical solution taking into account the related factors/ variables. Whereas the qualitative aspects gave more individual based details on a personalised basis which further helped in refining the search such as one on interaction (interviews), collating and analysis of participant inputs.

Ultimately these research efforts contribute towards feasible working out of a fair, impartial education process and systems. The data should be analysed properly both primary and secondary to deduce concrete solutions for carrying out the research properly and arrive at beneficial solutions.
